Better Toast
-
Pop up toasters are open at the top, allowing heat to escape.
-
The gap between the Heating Panel and the bread holder frame also allows the heat to escape upwards.
-
Horizontal Baffles inserted between the Heating Panel and the Bread Holder Frame (US Patent No 9,888,810) block the upward escape of heat.
-
Overlapping Horizontal Baffles further prevent escape of heat even in toasters where an additional gap is created between the Bread Holder frame and the Heating Panel when the Bread Carriage is lowered
-
All bread slices are not of uniform length, and therefore often the bread slice could be of lesser length than the length of the toaster chamber causing heat to escape along the sides of the bread slice
-
The Sliding Vertical Partitions allow the user to pack the bread slices from the sides within the toasting chamber, preventing heat from escaping.
-
The Vertical Flaps prevent ambient air from entering the toasting chamber from the slits which allow the Bread Carriage Arm to move up and down
